Twenty-three-year-old Daniel Kraft, whose last name means "power", is the youngest head cook in the history of the two-toque restaurant. He is in charge of eight employees, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant, room service, and food service in the bar at what may well be the hippest hotel in the city.
